Unconstrained by traditional thinking, a new sustainable car company has emerged with a mandate to progress the state-of-the-art in automotive technology and manufacture advanced hybrid vehicles in America for the U.S. market and beyond. ULV3 Technology, a division of CTMS Inc., is developing innovative technologies to enable truly sustainable solutions for a rapidly changing automotive market.

Our plan begins with an uncomplicated corporate vision for the future of automobiles:

Use smart, innovative engineering to design and manufacture sustainable, dynamic and desirable vehicles in America—vehicles that can move us away from fossil fuels and toward energy independence, with the smallest possible environmental impact.

To realize our vision, we’re employing visionary automotive technology with new design, development and manufacturing techniques to enable creation of ultra-efficient, low-mass hybrid passenger vehicles easily capable of exceeding 50 mpg with near zero carbon emissions.

Two keys to our future success will be to establish an American manufacturing base employing skilled U.S. labor and to develop significant advancements in sustainable automotive technology that possess high intellectual property value for future license to external manufacturers.

To help support the extraordinary cost associated with a new manufacturing effort, ULV3 Technology has applied for a loan through the U.S. Department of Energy Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing loan program.
